Suited for Success was founded by Darryl Ursery and Brandon Murray, two individuals who overcame the harsh realities of the streets, drug addiction, and alcoholism. Their lives took a transformative turn when they were given the opportunity of a lifetime being introduced to FREEDOM HOUSE, a sober living program that provided them with the structure, support, and tools needed to rebuild their lives.

Determined to break free from their past, both Darryl and Brandon took their recovery seriously, embracing the programs guidance and making a commitment to lasting change. After successfully graduating from FREEDOM HOUSE, their journey came full circle as they became employees of the very program that helped save their lives. Now, they dedicate themselves to supporting others on the path to recovery.

Through their work, they witnessed firsthand a recurring challenge many individuals seeking employment face lacking the proper attire to make a strong first impression at job interviews. Understanding that confidence begins with presentation, Darryl and Brandon founded Suited for Success, an initiative aimed at providing professional attire to both young and adult man in need. Their mission is to empower individuals in recovery and others facing adversity, ensuring they have the resources and confidence to take the next step toward a brighter future.
